How to Order
To order processing services:

• Choose the transparencies, slides or negatives that you want printed. Remember, Ilfochrome is a reversal process, and can be printed only from positives. We can produce positives from your negatives at additional cost, and with additional time.
  
  
• Indicate any cropping, dodging or burning that you would like performed, using a tissue overlay. (Refer to our glossary for details.)
  
  
• Download and print our order form (below). Complete the printed form.
  
  
• Enclose your transparencies, slides or negatives, along with the order form in a cardboard or other unbendable mailier for safety, and mail to us at the address found at the bottom of this page.

To view and print our online order form, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. (Most users already have this free software installed and ready.) Click here to open the order form. If you are unable to open this form, you may need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which you can do by clicking the button on the right.

We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Express Services
We are always willing to shorten our service time to meet your needs. There will be an express service charge of 100%. Crisis situations will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Indicating Special Services
When you request print services, you may designate full frame, full bleed, cropping and other services. Refer to our glossary of terms page for definitions of common service terms, as well as how to designate these services when placing your order.

Liability
The receipt of any film, print or artwork by Visual Imaging for printing, copy or any other purpose constitutes an agreement by you that if any such film, print or artwork is damaged or lost by us or any subcontractor, our liability is limited to the value of an equivalent amount of unexposed film, print paper or the value of the raw materials incorporated into said artwork. Except for such values as stated above, the handling of such film, print or artwork by us is without warranty of liability even though loss or damage is caused by negligence or any other fault.

Copyrighted Materials
The purchaser represents and warrants that by asking Visual Imaging to reproduce any copyrighted work, purchaser has either:

• Obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce, distribute and display such copyrighted work, or
• Will not sell or use the reproductions in any manner which infringes on the copyright laws.

Purchase agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify Visual Imaging for all costs, attorney's fees or judgements resulting in any claim or lawsuit against Visual Imaging for copyrighted infringement.

Payment
Visual Imaging accepts cash, checks or credit cards. If you wish to open an account with us, please contact our customer service representative to receive a credit application. Upon approval, payments are due 30 days from the invoice date. Past due accounts are subject to a 1-1/2% service charge per month (18% APR). All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee.

Guarantee
We will follow the instructions on your order as closely as possible. In the event we make an error and a remake is necessary, we ask that you:

• Return the product to be remade,
• Return the original instructions,
• Enclose a copy of the invoice, and
• Provide clear instructions as to what is to be corrected.

Remake orders must be returned within 10 working days.
